Cod with
bran peppers
400 g of soaked cod;
30 g of Mirogallo bran peppers;
Evo oil
parsley or mint to taste
Recipe process
In a large pot/pan, add plenty of cold water;
Immerse the cod and bring to the boil;
As soon as the water starts to boil, lower the gas and cover;

Boil the cod for 8 minutes, to soften it;
Drain the cod and remove the skin and any bones;
Reduce it into pieces and leave to cool;

In a pan heat a base of EVO oil;
Add the chopped bran peppers and fry over low heat for a couple of minutes;

Remove from the heat and season the cod with the oil and bran peppers;
Finish with finely chopped parsley or mint.
