“Sun flavour and a taste of Lucania”
“Cruschi” are local ecotypes of peppers, slowly and naturally dried, fried in extra virgin olive oil to a perfect crunchy texture.
A typical ingredient of Lucania and used as a snack instead of potato chips, these dark red and sweet pieces of pepper are also crushed by hand to garnish steamed vegetables, meats or fish.
